Sweet & White Potato Chips » RecipeCollage.com » November 22, 2024 — My kids love potatoes chips! I haven’t met too many people, who don’t. Vegetable chips are great, and tastes awesome. I little bit of work but for us, it’s worth it.
I don’t like to use the shield that comes with the mandolin so hubby makes me wear my no cut gloves lol they are great though. It was a nice purchase!

I made up a spice with some paprika, cayenne, & garlic salt.

Prawns
Inch long green onions
Sliced mushrooms
Thai Chilis with stem removed
These were done small, as an appetizer for Christmas Eve snacks.

1TSP each Hoisin, brown sugar, oyster sauce, soya & sesame oil. Mix well. Refrigerate for a couple hours.

1TBSP seasoning salt

3TBSP Worcestershire

3TBSP Garlic Powder

1TBSP Pakrika, Chili Powder, & Spike

Melt all this on stove, low heat. For a couple of minutes. I use half for first batch and and rest for second batch. Coat each batch.

Makes 3 large Ziplock bags. My kids love these, excellent snack for school lunches! I always make a huge batch at Christmas time.
