This is a beef stir-fry recipe that I enjoy making and my family enjoys eating. Please read the recipe below to get started.

beef stir-fry ingredients — Having a little fun in the kitchen hehehe. Supposed to be a fish lol.

Ingredients list:
1 large onion sliced (thin or thick whatever you prefer)
1 Serrano pepper sliced
Carrots sliced, your way
2TBSP each diced ginger & garlic
1/2CUP green onions chopped
1CUP snow peas
1 Package of sirloin Stir-fry meat(or steak cut up)
1TBSP each of hoisin, white sugar (I used cane), & soya sauce
1TSP oyster sauce
Sesame oil & Vegetable oil

We love beef stir-fry recipes, they cook up so fast and are filled with so much flavor, color, and textures!

I take my pack of Stir-fry meat and chop it up some more, add some salt, pepper, and soya sauce. Take all those ingredients and put them all into the wok. Stir-fry for just a couple minutes.

1 white onion julienned

Ginger
Chili’s (always optional!) If you opt out you should use white pepper. Black pepper is fine.

If I’m not using chilis. I use white pepper. Pan fry high heat just couple minutes. Then add bean sprouts. Another TSP of soya sauce. Cook couple more minutes.

Add 1TBSP of oyster & hoisin sauce, broccoli table spoon of my chili sauce, Chilis, mushrooms. 1/2CUP water. I thicken this with a cornstarch/water mix. Right when done I throw green onions on.

Cut pork some soya sauce added to marinate
5 bokchoy
8 pieces of broccoli cut
Can baby corn
White onion
1 carrot & 1 pepper
3 mushrooms cut
Cup red cabbage cut
Fresh ginger & garlic
