Ingredients:
1/3CUP brown sugar
1/4CUP melted butter or margarine
Fruit:
1CUP diced pineapple
1/2CUP strawberries halved
Cake:
1 1/2CUPS all-purpose flour
2TSP baking powder
1/2TSP salt
2 eggs
3/4CUP sugar
1/2CUP melted coconut oil we used, or butter/margarine
1TSP vanilla
1/2CUP almond milk (any milk works)
