I call this a cheater recipe. Normally I make this with a roux. Today I wanted it simple and to try something new. Everyone loved it so it was a win win.
2 can of cream of mushroom soup
2CUPS sliced mushrooms (optional)
1CUP meat broth
3/4CUP sour cream
Meatballs
Parlsey to garnish

I served this with some gsrlic mash, boiled turnips & carrots along with some stuffing.
