Then add everything else in, minus the pineapples. Mix well, cook for a couple of minutes til sugar is dissolved and sauce thickens. Stir in your pineapples now. Some thicken this with a cornstarch/water mixture but we don’t find its needed.
When done we throw some fresh sliced Thai Chilis and cut green onions on.
We eat this with some sticky rice. This is an excellent sweet n Sour sauce and if you want a little bite to it, you can add the thai chilis! Let us know what you think!
We got an excellent deal on huge roasts. Time to chop them up, seal them up, and freeze them.1 roast gets cut up into 3 meals for stews, stirfrys or other beef recipes. Another roast gets cut in 3rd. I get 3 family size roast out of one.3rd roast we cut into 12 3/4inch thick top sirloin steaks. Anyone else buy in bulk? And freeze or can?

Next, add in all your veggies (minus green onions), sauces and mix. Cook high heat for just couple more minutes. Right before serving stir in green onions. How does your family do taco night? My kids love when they get to prepare their own food and they love tacos! I fry up a pound of ground beef with a diced onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and couple TBSP of taco sauce. Sour Cream, Salsa, Cheese, Lettuce we used Arugula. We prefer jalapenos on our tacos but we use pickled hot peppers when were out of jalapenos. I always put the tortilla chips out with the tacos in case someone wants a few of those.
