Shredded Beef & Yorshire
First we pan fried in some oil got a nice color on both sides of flank. Added cut onions, celery, mushrooms, garlic, salt & pepper. Along with Vegetable oil. Fried for a few minutes, stirring frequently. Cover with beef broth and light boil for a few hours. Last hour add cut carrots, cut potatoes.
I bring this up to a boil and I thickening it with a flour/water mixture. Then add back your meat and I put in a can of corn in.
