This was a little experiment. I had a few cups of left over rice. Some veggies, some cheese, stock and viola. It was so good!Pan fried up some broccoli, red onions, chilis, garlic and mushrooms. Cook til tender. I then add about 1/3cup flour. Combine. Cook couple minutes then add about 2cups chicken stock. Bring up heat. Whisking til thickened.I then add my cheese in, stir around til melted. I used 2TBSP of cream cheese, jalapeno harvarti and some extra old whiteShould be melted all nicely and very creamyAdd your cooked rice, mix, Keep stirring til rice heated threw
Thinly sliced beef, onions, & garlic. Lots of broccoli cut. Bought a whole case of broccoli today. Been processing it all day. I used a lot of broccoli in this recipe. We made a big batch. I like to use a little vegetable oil along with some sesame oil. Fry up the meat, onions, garlic, soya sauce, fresh green peppercorns on high heat. For a couple minutes.Add the broccoli, 1/2-1CUP beef broth depending on how much sauce you like. I thicken this with a cornstarch/water mixture.We serve over rice!
We love beef ribs. There expensive, I don’t buy them often. Pan fry with Vegetable oil til nicely browned on both sides. Add thinly sliced onion, garlic, & 1CUP of beef stock, water, & soya. Cover light boil for couple hours.Last 20minutes add in some julienned carrots & cut broccoli. Sprinkle with sesame seeds when done.Serve over Mash potatoes
Just sometimes, I don’t feel like cooking meat. This was one of those days! Pretty simply dish. Broccoli, onions, garlic & ginger Sesame seeds & oil Soya sauceAdd sesame oil broccoli, onions, garlic & ginger. Cook til broccoli almost tender. Add couple TBSP of soya sauce & sesame seeds.
