(Purple or green or both cabbage is fine)
3 medium carrots, peeled and shredded/julienned
1/2CUP green onion cut
Sauce:
1CUP mayo
2TBSP apple cider vinegar or more to taste
2TBSP Dijon mustard
1TSP celery seeds
1/4TSP sea salt
1/4TSP black pepper
