Bbq Chicken Pizza
Pizza Dough
Bulls eye bbq sauce original flavor, we highly recommend using this brand but really any will do
Left over cut up chicken
Thinly sliced white or red onion, we like to use the red
Thinly sliced green and red peppers
2-4 cloves of garlic minced, optional
We do a little over 1CUP grated cheese per 12″pizza, we like to use mozzarella
Spread your pizza dough out in your desired pans. We use a spoon to spread the bbq sauce over the dough, then add your chicken, peppers, onions, and garlic if using. We then usually let this sit for about 15 minutes to rise a bit more, before adding the grated mozzarella
