Well we don’t normally buy stuff like this but hubby really wanted to try this KD Shaker from Costco. We don’t buy KD as we always make homemade but thought why not give it a try. Bag of pasta of your choice Veggies are endless you can put in. We used broccoli, carrots, asparagus, corn, red & green onions, & jalapenos 1/4CUP KD Shaker mix 1CUP shredded cheese of your choice 1/2CUP each butter or margarine and milk 2 heaping TBSP of ricotta Parmesan to top We cut up broccoli, a carrot, some asparagus and added corn all to big pot of water. Bring to a boil. Then we add pasta to same pot. Throw some salt in and boil til done.
Drain and pour into a big bowl, I reserve and add about 1/2CUP noodle water to noodles. Then we add everything else in and mix well. We love the crunch of the onions and jalapenos it also adds great flavour.
We reserve some jalapenos, red & green onions for the top. Then sprinkle some Parm on. The kids devoured their plates!!

Do you want to make some very tasty ham and cheese Perogies? Try this wonderful and easy recipe today! Just follow the step by step guide below to make this great recipe today.
Ingredients: 4CUPS flour 1TSP salt 1CUP warm water 2 eggs 4TBSP oil Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Beat the eggs with water & oil. Then add to flour mixture. Mix to combine. Knead til smooth. Cover, let rest for an hour. Makes roughly 60 perogies depending on the side.
The kids love helping out in the kitchen. I love when they want to learn new skills. Our filling ingredients: 5CUPS mashed potatoes 3CUPS cheddar 2CUPS finely chopped ham (can use bacon) Salt, pepper 1/2CUP dehydrated minced onions All mixed together very well in a big bowl. Love this perogie maker we purchased it brand new at value village for 2.99$.
I divide the dough into four pieces. Roll out each piece 1/8inch thickness. I use a perogie maker but you can just cut out circles with a cookie cutter or glass. Put about 1 good TBSP filling in each perogie. Use the perogie maker to roll another layer of dough over top. This maker works pretty awesome. If your just using cookie cutter flip over top and pinch all around to close up.
Place in boiling water for just a couple minutes. When they float to the top they are done. You can eat them just like this, or go the next level and fry them up like we do. You can fry them with butter, or oil or non stick spray whatever you prefer. When we make these we freeze lots. I lay out a single layer on a silicone sheet on a cookie pan and place in freezer. Takes about 30 minutes or so. Then I throw them in a freezer bag. They do not stick to each other this way. I do not precook the ones I freeze.
The Finished Perogies After Being Fried
We like sour cream and some green onions with ours. Everyone is different, the toppings are endless what you can have. What do you like on your perogies?
Lucky saids oh ya, potato, cheese, ham, & sour cream hand it on over lady hehehe

How to Make Philly Cheese Steak Fried Wontons
I pan fry with olive oil, onions and peppers first then add meat as the Vegetables take a longer time. Cook onions til softened then add in your meat. Stir fry til done.Get everything all prepped and ready. I use a damp cloth to cover wrappers so they don’t dry out while preparing them all.
Once your meat mixture has cooled. Mix in your grated cheese.I like to put the glue down on wrappers before I put the mixture in. Once mixture is on a few of them, I put about 2TBSP filling in each. I start bringing all the edges to the center and smooch together. I may need a little more glue to seal some egdes
Once all are made. Deep fry 375F, I do about 3minutes per side.
Lay out on paper towel once fried to remove all excess oil.Lucky saids give hehe! Sorry dude, this is too much for you. But when I have a bite you’ll get a piece lol
