I roll out pizza dough. I put ketchup, relish on bottom. Then the burger, cheese, mustard & pickles. It’s a burger so the toppings are really endless what you can use. You put what you prefer.

Baked Burgers » RecipeCollage.com » March 27, 2025 — Bringing all the edges together til their closed, placing the seams on the bottom of the pan. I poke 1-2 holes in top so steam can escape when baking. Bake 400F about 20minutes. These are good!

This is the pan we used to bake the burgers. Then we baked them in some Dutch ovens. Mine are very similar to these pans. Love cast iron!

This is a chicken taquitos recipe. Oh so tasty! This is a must-try recipe. Looking for something new to make today?

chicken taquitos ingredients — The little snack we made last night, Tim wanted chicken, I wanted cheese and kids wanted nachos. This is what I came up with haha.
The Ingredients:
Cooked half a rotisserie chicken shredded
Flour or corn tortillas, we used 14
1CUP mozzarella
1CUP provolone
1/2CUP mascarpone cheese(this is what we used) or cream cheese
2TBSP each minced garlic, green onion & jalapeno/hot pepper
1TBSP cumin
2TBSP chili powder
Salt/pepper
I made glue with water & flour mixed together to seal the tortillas

Then add in your mascarpone mix very well until incorporated. I then mix in jalapeno but you can add in jalapenos/hot peppers when you add in the spices/garlic.

After they are all rolled up I take my fingers and compress the inside on both ends. As it Fry’s it will come out some more as cheeses melt so don’t think you’re leaving to much room at ends.

chicken taquitos cooking — Deep fry 375F couple minutes per side. Bottom, top & sides.

Finished taquitos — Lucky said they are ready! We serve these with sour cream and salsa.

Taco Tuesday is my favorite day of the week so good. This recipe takes a little work but is worth it. Give it a try today.

Taco Tuesday — How does your family do taco night? My kids love when they get to prepare their own food and they love tacos!
I fry up a pound of ground beef with a diced onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and couple TBSP of taco sauce.
Sour Cream, Salsa, Cheese, Lettuce we used Arugula. We prefer jalapenos on our tacos but we use pickled hot peppers when were out of jalapenos. I always put the tortilla chips out with the tacos in case someone wants a few of those.

2CUPS parmesan cheese
2-3sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts (can’t use thighs if you prefer)
1TBSP each oil & butter
Salt, pepper, crushed Chilis and pinch of nutmeg
2TBSP flour
Garlic 2-6 cloves (we used 6)
3CUPS steamed Broccoli
Spaghetti noodles

1 onion diced (green or a white one)
1TBSP minced garlic
1 egg beaten
1/2CUP cheese (I used extra old white, if you like a milder cheese use a mozza)
1/4TSP garlic powder, onion powder, parsley & crushed Chilis
Thai chilis (optional as always)

If you don’t have this, use another silicone mold. A mini muffin tin works too. Fill with rice. Giving pressure making sure they are getting filled right up. I cover with plastic wrap tightly and then apply more pressure to rice. I put this in the freezer for an hour!

One with some milk, could use egg, I prefer milk for this one. And 1 bowl with crushed salted soda crackers, could use panko if you prefer.
Dunk in milk, then turn them all around in crushed crackers. I do a few like this then deep fry at 375F for about 3-6 minutes. Turning them quite frequently.
