Pork Belly Dish
I used 1 foot long piece by inch thick of pork belly for this one dish. Sliced in half. Put in a pot. They sell a big pack of pork belly at Costco for an excellent price, and pork belly goes a long way.
I pour roughly 2TBSP soya sauce, 2TBSP Chinese cooking wine, some sugar (1TBSP we used cane sugar) sliced green onions and sliced ginger. Cover with water and bring to boil. Boil for 10minutes. Take out of water, and dry as much as possible. Let it sit out for a half hour or so while you get your pan of oil heating.
Lucky been waiting forever, he’s so ready! Sorry dude not ready yet hehehe.
