I like to have a few of these on hands. If ever I’m out of onions, I’ll always have some. I cut them up in various ways, cubed, sliced thin and big. Dehydrate on trays at 135F about 10-12 hours. Timings always vary as per size of onion or dehydrator being used.Love our dehydrator. It’s half the price to leading brands but works just as good!
Little twist on Pork Souvlaki. Done with Sausages. Sausages of your choice. I used Brats. Pan fried with onions, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano & lemon juice. Once sausages are browned, take out of pan. Cut up, return to pan.Add cut tomatoes or baby tomates. And a handful of cilantro. MixRemove from heatI used whole wheat pitas. I put some herbs & garlic cream cheese on them and some garlic hummus.Wrap up with a scoop of filling! Kids and hubby loved them. I would of used some sort of lettuce also but I was out!Love lodge! This one had 4-5cups of bread crumbs. I dehydrate. I dehydrate just about everything. There is so many different kinds of breads in here. Which I find is what makes this so excellent. All the different textures & flavours. 2 eggs 1/4CUP herbed butter Celery cut Onion cut Garlic Raw bacon cut in very small pieces Fresh thyme & lots of sage. Dried is fine as well. Salt/pepper If you prefer you can saute the onions and celery in a pan before adding it to the bowl.I add in about 2-3CUPS of hot chicken stock or if I have frozen Turkey stock I use that. Stir til well combined.I put in my dutch oven oval dish. Top with pieces of bacon. Bake covered 350 about an hour leave uncovered last few minutes of cooking. This made a huge batch but I only cooked up a small portion and frozen the rest. This stuffing was served on Christmas day with some Turkey and all the fixings. How do you make your stuffing?

We enjoyed that meal. My family likes turkey. I make turkeys 3times a year. Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving. I sometimes add a ham in there too. What do you cook for your holidays?
I like doing mini kebabs. This was one pack of sirloin cut in very small pieces. I used a half a large onion. Cut in cubes. And 8 Serrano peppers cut.
Skewer them up any way you like. I marinate these with my homemade garlic chili sauce for atleast 12 hours.
I grill them inside on my cast iron grill. High heat only couple minutes per side. I pour more my homemade sauce on them as soon as they come off. Snack time!
When I’m cooking a big batch, I use my Nordicware non stick indoor flat grill. We enjoy these skewers.
Love this!
