Add in mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are soft. Salt/pepperAdd in flour and stir til all dry flour is gone. Pour in chicken broth and milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce is thickened.Stir in frozen mixed vegetables, peppers, and cooked chicken and let heat through.Serve hot over cooked rice, pasta, toast, or what we did was bake biscuits on-top

We eat a lot of vegetables, I make a lot of Stir-Fry’s.This was has. Teriyaki Pork big chunks (normally I make a teriyaki sauce, today I used a bottled sauce)Green & white onionsGarlic, ginger & Chili’sGreen peppers, broccoli, & pepper (I used yellow)I used four canned good. Chowmien (sorry I don’t always have fresh)Bamboo shootsWater chestnutsBabycornI start with the pork in an oiled high heat pan. Brown for a couple minutes, then I add the white onions & carrots cook little more.Then I throw remainder of vegetables minus the canned ones. Cook few more minutes. I add about 1CUP water and couple TBSP of soya sauce. I thicken this with a cornstarch/flour mix. Then add in all the canned vegetables. Stir. Top with some toasted sesame seeds.We eat this over rice. Normally japanese sticky rice is our favorite.

Cook for a bit.Add the mushrooms, stewed tomatoes along with Italian spices & crushed Chili’s. Cook for a little bit. Then add in tomato soup, olives & sundried tomatoes. Combine. Then add in cheese stirring til all melted in.Stir in cooked pasta , enjoy! This will vary because of the different vegetables you will use and different cheese. It’s never the same. I like to throw this and that in using left overs from fridge and creating new dishes. This one is a keeper, both kids wanted a second bowl!
