Umm, I’m just going to sit right here! I had left over pie crust that I wanted to use, so I made some pizzas. Nice and flakey crust. These were yummy. It’s a pizza, so all goes here. Whatever you prefer for toppings work. I used: Pizza sauce 3 kinda of cheeses Fresh basil Onions, mushrooms, jalapeno, pepper, garlic & ham Mix all together but some of the cheese.Hurry up and cook that pizza he saids lol Roll out your pie dough. Cut out circles and place in muffins tins. Fill with pizza filling and I take a couple pieces of shredded cheese from each kind, smooch them together and flatten. I put them on top of the pizza Pies and top that with 1 piece of green onion (optional). I used 2 cast iron pans as I had more dough/filling. So made more circles and filled more pizza stuff in. These balls I pinched edges til it all came together and closed. I did an egg, onion, garlic, & crushed chili wash over these.Baked 375 about 25minutes.
