Ever use your Bean Crock for Soup?
Can of beans in tomatoes
1pork chop
3 sausages out of the casings
2 carrots
2 celery with tops
Garlic
Green onions
Bay leafs & 1TBSP oregano
Beef stock & Chicken Stock.
Throw it all in the crock.

I put the whole pork right in and cut it up later. Cook low and slow on the stove all day! Serve with fresh bread.

Baked Sausages

We like baked sausages. This dish is so versatile you can literally throw in any Vegetables and it will be good. The vegetables and sausages are always changing so the flavours are always new which makes it an exciting dish.
I like to take a big bowl. Throw everything in there. Your sausages, vegetables. I used asparagus, mushrooms, onions, peppers,garic & squash. Cut stuff into bigger pieces/chunks. Add some vegetable oil. Rosemary, oregano, Italian spice, crushed chilis (optional). Mix it all til well incorporated.
I then pour it all into my cast iron frying pan. Foil and bake 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour. I do stir half way threw. For the last 15 minutes I cook with foil off.

This was a little fun, I’m not going to lie. Some will love this, some will not haha.
Now when I seen this recipe online, I seen it done with hotdogs. I nearly gagged! I’ve never had hotdogs & spaghetti before. But I guess it’s something, some do.
I have had spaghetti with sausages mainly times. Usually use ground beef but I do change it up from time to time. I thought why not try this recipe with cut sausages.
Now get the kids involved and carefully smooch noodles through centre of sausage. I did about 4-6 noodles per sausages

Do I smell sausage up there?! Well I think I do!
This was such a good soup. I was disappointed when it was gone.
8 sausages out of the casing
Onions , garlic, celery, & carrots
Can diced tomatoes
Can of tomato sauce
Package of Cheese ravioli
Thyme, rosemary & Italian spice
Salt & pepper

I’m way over here, do you see me?!
Cook the meat, onions, celery, carrots, spices, garlic and salt/pepper together. Cook til meat is cooked. Then add Crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Light boil til Veggies are done. Then add ravioli last 10minutes before serving.
We have the PC Choice brand but this one is just as good.
