Couple Legs of Crab
Bowl of Raw Shrimp, Calamari, Clams, piece of fish, couple sausages of your choice. 2 lobster. Really the seafood is endless what you can put in.
Corn on cob chopped up
Back choy chopped up
6-8 cloves garlic
2inch ginger
12-15 thai chili peppers
Bunch of green onions
2TBSP Sriracha sauce
2TBSP fish sauce
2TSBP Sweet chili sauce
2TBSP soya sauce
1TBSP crushed chilis
1CUP water
1TBSP each vegetable oil and sesame oil
Roasted sesame seeds
Half package – to full of vermicelli noodles
Pork And Shrimp Dim Sum
Why not try to make some pork and shrimp dim sum? Just follow the steps below to get started.
Combine the following ingredients and mix very well:
Half pound of ground pork
Half pound of chopped raw shrimp
2-3 green onions sliced
1-2TBSP diced ginger
1TBSP soya sauce
2TBSP Chinese cooking wine
1TBSP sesame oil
Use thinly sliced carrots for the bottom of dim sums so they don’t stick to the steamer.

Fried Wontons
This recipe will show you how to make some fried wontons. Our family loves it when we serve these.
Combine the following ingredients:
Half pound ground pork
Half pound chopped raw shrimp
2-3 green onions sliced
1-2TBSP diced ginger
1TBSP soya sauce
2TBSP cooking wine
1TBSP sesame oil
Mix all together very well.
Cantonese Shrimp
A package of thin egg noodles
1 onion sliced
2TBSP oyster sauce
1/4CUP soy sauce
1/2CUP water
2TSP sugar
1 pound of shrimps peeled and deveined, slice the back so they butterfly when cooked. (Could use chicken, beef, pork or fish also)
2TSP minced ginger & garlic
1TSP red pepper flakes
1/2TSP salt
2 tablespoons each sesame oil & vegetable oil
2-3CUPS mixed veggies (such as napa cabbage, sliced carrots, celery, and bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, whatever you prefer)
Thickener:
Cornstarch and water mixture
Remove your Stirfry from heat. Boil your noodles as per instructions. Just 2-3 minutes. Drain, rinse, and mix them into your Stirfry. Serve immediately
