Block of feta salt & pepper half bag of cooked spiral noodles is what we used 1/2CUP olive oil

We love pizza!! We can’t wait to have a pizza oven. Til then BBQ or oven will have to do. Had some tomatoes and jalapenos that needed used. Since the fridge needed cleaned out this week, thought it would be great to make veggie pizzas. One thing we love about pizza is you literally can put anything on them!

We put some shredded cheese next add your toppings of choice. Then top with some more grated mozzerolla and parmesan

Light boil for about 20minutesTop with your favorite toppings. Crushed tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, avocado. This is an excellent recipe. Its well loved in our family. Full of so much flavor. olive oil 5-7cloves of garlic, minced 4CUPS of mirepoix (onions, carrots, & celery) 2CUPS of additional veggies (peppers, tomatoes, okra) 3TBSP cajun spice 1-2 cans Fire roasted tomatoes 3CUPS chicken broth 10-12 ounce of andouille sausage (half the time I just use regular sausages cut up) bout a pound raw shrimp, tail off Saute all the vegetables in olive oil with salt, pepper, minus the okra. Saute for 8-10minutes. Then add in your tomatoes, Broth, and cajun spice. Light Boil for about 45minutes. Then I add in the raw shrimp, cooked sausages, and okras. Cook for about 20 more minutesWe serve this over rice, I hope you love it as much as we do.Ours is PC brand but this one is just the same.
Pizza Dough rolled out to a square as good as you can. These are pizzas so really anything goes on here. Use ingredients you like. We skipped out on pizza sauce today as we wanted to use lots of fresh tomatoes with herbs instead. My family loves pizza rolls, great for school lunches also. I places sliced tomatoes out diced mushrooms black sliced olives sprinkled garlic powder, Italian spice, crushed chilis I laid out a bunch green onions, kept long cause were going to cut into rolls anyway cut salamiTop with cheese or your choice. We used a grated marble today.
Roll up, and cut into about 1inch discs. I spray a glass casserole dish or a couple cast iron pans. Place rolls in. I top with some more marble and parmesan. Cover and let rise for 30-40minutesBake 425F for about 25minutes. I hope you enjoy these as much as our family does.
