Spaghetti Sauce » RecipeCollage.com » July 2, 2024 — When we make spaghetti sauce, we go big! We make a huge batch and we freeze for a later day!
2-2 1/2 pounds ground beef, I prefer lean
2 large onions, cut
2 green peppers, cut
8 celery stalks, cut
3 jalapenos, cut
1-2 large carrots, diced
6-8 mushrooms
6 garlic cloves
Italian seasoning
Oregano
Basil
Salt & pepper
6large cans of crushed/diced or whole tomatoes (we prefer scarpones fire roasted ones, any will do!)
6 cans tomato soup
2 cans tomato sauce

Sausages of your choice. I used Brats. Pan fried with onions, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano & lemon juice.

1 whole papaya, peeled, seeded and julienned
15 green beans steamed , julienned
1 carrot steamed, julienned
2 green onion chopped
20 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Couple Thai chilis
2-5 garlic
Cup cilantro
Lime
Crushed peanuts half cup
Fish sauce

Papaya Salad » RecipeCollage.com » July 2, 2024 — I use a coffee grinder and make a paste with the peanuts, Chilis & garlic. I add couple drops of water to help it along. Once you have a paste add couple Tablespoons of fish sauce and a few tablespoons of lime. Mix well.
I mix this sauce with the salad above.
Light, spicy & refreshing!

Baked in my lodges at 425 about 20-30 minutes. Til fluffed up and brown.
