We sure love Thai Bananas. Small but packed with so much flavour and super sweet. Ever have them deep fried like a chip?
Peel a few bananas at once, get your mandolin out on th thinnest setting and slice bananas all up. Tim always wants me to wear our non cut gloves when using the mandolin lol.

Get your oil til 350F and deep fry about 3-5 minutes, flipping, til all nicely browned.

Put on on paper towel when done to remove excess oil.
