Ever have them deep fried like a chip? Peel a few bananas at once, get your mandolin out on th thinnest setting and slice bananas all up. Tim always wants me to wear our non cut gloves when using the mandolin lol.Get your oil til 350F and deep fry about 3-5 minutes, flipping, til all nicely browned.Put on on paper towel when done to remove excess oil.These are great just on their own! But try tossing some in your favorite seasoning. We have some Cajun, Plain, & Cinnamon Sugar ones. If you get a chance to make these, let us know what you think.
