Put the peas and carrots, green beans, onions, and celery, butter into a saucepan.

Slowly whisk in the chicken broth & milk until the mixture comes to a simmer and thickens. Remove from heat, stir the turkey meat into the filling until well combined.
I like to use small cookie/pie cutters. To make shapes for the top. Makes it look just extra special.You can make 2-9inch Pies. I used 1 cast iron frying pan and my cast iron oyster pan. Love this pan! Put your pie dough in, them add your filling. Cover with more pie dough die. Pinch the edges, and put slits ontop to let steam escape.Do an egg wash on them. I like to do this. Gives them a nice color.Bake in the preheated oven until the crusts are golden brown about 30 to 35 minutes.
